Carey's Creations will be making some changes effect January 1st, 2011.
1. Carey's Creations will be implementing a quarterly payment plan for all clients who qualify. This will give each couple more time to pay for their wedding pictures and help spread out their budget more easily. The first two payments will make up the deposit, followed by a third payment, and then the final payment can be made up to 3 weeks after the wedding day. Payment plans will be setup at contract signing with the first payment due no later than 10 days from that date.
2. All clients will be required to meet with Carey Fitch or Jennifer Smith for the signing of the contract. Both bride and groom must be present. All questions and concerns will be answered as well as going over important details of the wedding day and the shots checklist.
3. We will no longer be shooting indoor weddings at venues that are restrictive. Some venues have placed and continue to place so many restrictions on the photographers that we feel that our creative rights have been taken from us. In order to give you the best results on your wedding day we would like to be able to move freely, shoot closeup, and use flash when we feel it is necessary.
4. We will no longer be booking weddings without a referral. We book so many weddings each year and have to turn down many more. To keep from over booking or having to choose one couple over another, Carey's Creations will be booking through referral. This means each couple that comes to us will be referred by a couple we worked with or even another client whom we did family or child portraits for. We will also accept referrals from people we know. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
